Mould Killer

Just because mould is not visible to the naked eye, does not mean it is not there. If it is evident, it may be time to bring in a mould killer.

You may have a mouldy problem in your house and not even realize it! Maybe you are unsure about why you are experiencing repsiratory symptoms like sneezing, runny and or blocked nose, can’t stop coughingphlegm in throat, postnasal drip, asthma or even exacerbated dust mites allergy.

During a soaking wet summer, many home owners are fighting mould and mildew on walls, ceilings and in cupboards. Moulds will grow if your home or office providing there is sufficient moisture and nutrients. By  keeping things dry, moulds do not grow. Mould can live in a range of places as they feed on a variety of sources including house plants, furniture, mattresses, floors, carpet, tiles – just to name a few.

Allergy sufferers are well advised to avoid contact with breathing mould spores while cleaning and get someone to clean up damp areas such as basements where mould is likely to be growing. These areas must have adequate ventilation and air circulation. Musty smelling furniture should be removed, as well as damp/old carpets as these are often breeding and feeding grounds for mould.

Dehumidifier hire removes moisture from the air when you need it most and provides a drier environment preventing mould growth. Even if a room does not feel at all damp you will be amazed how much moisture these machines take out of the air on a daily basis. They reduce dampness at a very fast rate and are a crucial part of tackling any mould problems.

Mould killer may not necessarily get rid of mould permanently. There are many products on the market that will kill the mould and remove it from your home, but it keeps coming back. What you need to find is a killer that will eliminate the problem of mould in your home once and for all.

Mould removal is imperative and bleach is not the solution. Mould will actually feed on bleach, promoting growth. The only thing bleach does is hide the mould by discolouring it.
