1. Overview
When you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details including shipping costs. Alternatively, you can enquire about costs either via: Prices may vary slightly on International Orders due to shipping charges and Australian GST. We will contact you by email with a final quote for confirmation before processing your order.
Mite-Y-Fresh® will deliver to any address in Australia and International, using Australia Post or courier, which ever is most cost effective. You can have your purchase sent to you, or purchase a gift for a friend and have it sent straight to them. Postage rates are calculated by Australia Post or courier schedule. Post is registered in Australia an extra $2.50 per parcel (included as postage and handling fee). We only charge cost, so you don't have to worry about paying flat fees, only what it costs us to send. Shipping methods available are standard shipping. Please note that some items, due to their nature, ship using a courier and may differ in cost to ship. While we believe that we have partnered with excellent delivery partners and suppliers, despite our best efforts there may be times when parcels or products are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work closely with our partners to ensure prompt delivery of your order. All items purchased from Mite-Y-Fresh® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss/damage for all purchases pass to you upon our delivery to Australia Post or the courier company. To insure the risk to your order is limited, we have arranged parcel registration at a small extra cost of $2.50 per parcel for each customer (included as postage and handling fee). Please mention if you do not wish to insure your parcel (for $2.50) in your order comments.
All products will be shipped within five business days of ordering, and many sooner. If your order contains more than one product, and some of them cannot be shipped straight away, you will be notified either by email or phone. You have the option of having the entire order shipped once all products are available or having the available products sent and the remaining one(s) when it becomes available. You may be charged any extra shipping cost.
