Are you the admin superstar we have been looking for?


We are looking for a part time admin superstar to join our quiet but friendly office in our home located in Terrey Hills – 1-2 days per week (flexible hours and days). There is room to grow based on experience and as the business grows.

An ideal position for a local, school parent, recent return to work, school leaver with a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident, keen to add to their skills and contribute their voice. Eye to detail, excellent phone manner, communication and computer skills are required.

You will assist with the day to day running of the administration requirements, marketing and social/website platforms. Duties to include:

  • Data entry, using MailChimp and other online platforms
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is welcome
  • Social media implementation (under guidance), answering calls, Customer service, Filing, Data entry

On a personal level you do NOT need any formal qualifications however we are looking for a team member that is  friendly and approachable, trustworthy and reliable and willing to learn.

We are looking for someone to start with us asap in our Terrey Hills home office.

Ideally, we would love you to have an ABN (we are also happy to help you apply for one) however we can be open to suggestions for the right person.
