Mitey Fresh currently delivers within Australia only.

We aim to dispatch most standard orders from the land at Sydney, NSW Australia within 2-3 business days following confirmation of payment, unless otherwise advised.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • your location;
  • courier networks;
  • supplier availability;
  • weather events; 
  • weekends; or
  • public holiday periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the:

  • size;
  • weight;
  • product type; and
  • delivery location

of your order.

Many products now include individual shipping calculations and delivery variations to help provide clearer and more accurate freight pricing during checkout.

Larger items such as:

  • air purifiers;
  • dehumidifiers; and
  • oversized products

may require specialised freight arrangements depending on the destination and access requirements.

Regional, remote and some interstate locations may occasionally require additional freight calculations or customised delivery arrangements. In these situations, we kindly ask for your patience while we confirm the most practical and suitable delivery option for your area.

For some Sydney locations, local delivery and basic setup assistance may be available.

Local Pick-Up

Local collection from northern beaches of Sydney may be available by prior arrangement.

Direct Deposit & Payment Options

Mitey Fresh offers a variety of payment methods for customer convenience, including:

  • direct bank deposit (EFT);
  • credit and debit card payments; and
  • secure online payment providers.

Direct bank deposit (EFT) remains a welcomed and often preferred payment method, helping reduce external transaction, processing costs and informatin associated with some online payment platforms.

Returns & Exchanges

Bedding & Hygiene Products

Due to hygiene and health considerations, opened bedding and personal-use products may not be eligible for return or refund unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.


Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact Mitey Fresh within 30 days of receiving your order.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • repair;
  • replacement;
  • exchange; or
  • refund.

Where approved, replacement shipping costs are generally covered by Mitey Fresh.

Proof of purchase and return lodgement may be requested where applicable.
