What to expect

within your home or space.
With consistent use,
it will begin drawing moisture from the air —
supporting a drier, more comfortable environment.

What’s included
Available within Sydney, NSW Australia, and surrounding areas.
Your dehumidifier is delivered to your door
by our service manager, who will:
- place the unit in a suitable location
- provide simple guidance for use
- ensure everything is set up and ready
During your hire:
- the unit remains supported by us
- you’re welcome to extend the hire if needed
- we’ll check in toward the end of the hire period
At the end of your hire:
- we’ll contact you to arrange collection
- the unit is picked up from your space
- no need to manage return or transport
You don’t need to manage this alone.
We’ll help guide the process from delivery through to collection.
Extended delivery areas
4 week hire is also available across the Illawarra, Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Newcastle in NSW Australia.
For these areas, an additional delivery contribution may apply depending on distance and location. We’ll confirm this with you before arranging your hire.
